Our Beadlocks can come as a kit, weld on your wheels, or we can supply a new and complete unit on either a Dynamic 4x4 wheel or a Pro Comp Rockcrusher steel wheel.
Our complete units are welded together utilizing our centring jig, they are then ground down to give a smooth mounting surface, then stress relived, sandblasted, and then powder coated to your choice of colours
The outer ring is spun out of 5mm thick steel to the same profile as a standard wheel, so normal wheel weights can be used.
The inner ring is laser cut out of 6mm thick steel.
All hardware is grade 8 high tensile bolts.
